OUR MISSION
The mission of the Ranches is to provide Christian, family-style residential homes for Alabama's at-risk children and youth in an atmosphere where they may grow spiritually and physically into productive, responsible, and happy adults.

As we step into 2025, we pause to look back on the incredible 59-year journey that began in 1966 with the establishment of our first Ranch. Over these years, we've been privileged to welcome countless remarkable young men and women, each with their own unique story that we've had the opportunity to positively transform by providing a sanctuary they can call home.
​
As spring draws nearer, our Ranchers are in the final stretch of yet another academic year, eagerly anticipating the summer activities at our Ranches. We're thrilled to celebrate several Ranchers who are set to graduate from high school. As they step into adulthood, our College Program will continue to guide them, providing support at each milestone of their journey.

This year holds much promise for our Ranches, as multiple locations set their sights on expansion and renovation projects. These initiatives aim to open our doors to even more young men and women across the state. These exciting ventures would be impossible without our communities’ steadfast prayers, support, and generous hearts.
